Privacy
We collect only what is reasonably needed to administer the project and analyze participant feedback.
What we collect
Participant contact information, ZIP code, age range, basic sleep-routine responses, nightly sleep-log entries, optional sleep-tracker values, and final feedback.
What we intentionally do not request
We do not ask for street address at registration, medication names, diagnoses, medical records, or detailed medical history.
How results may be shared
Results may be reported in de-identified, aggregated form. For example, we may report averages, ranges, or percentages across participants. Contact information is not included in those summaries.
Service providers
Online forms are hosted through Jotform, and the study audio is hosted on YouTube. Those services may process information according to their own terms and privacy practices.
